This is beautiful pond is located deep in the mountains of Gifu Prefecture, Japan.

The place is magical. Bright blue waters, colourful fish and plants, reminecent of a Monet painting.  The video is very calming, watch it before you drop off....

 

Kinetic Sculpture Of Two Lovers - Ali & Nino

The statues are inspired by a love story between a Muslim boy and a Georgian princess who come from different religious backgrounds.

Take a Closer Look at this Rotten Old Tree Trunk

At the Palace Museum in Beijing, is an astonishing wooden sculpture by Chinese artist Zheng Chunhui The wooden carving took four years to complete. The sculpture, carved from a single tree trunk, measures 12.286 meters long, 3.075 meters high and 2.401 meters wide (40.308 x 10.088 x 7.877 ft).

Marine debris is a huge problem in the worlds oceans.  It's estimated that at any given time there is over 5.25 trillion pieces of rubbish in the seas, a truly staggering amount.  We have all seen the pictures and videos of the sea turtles wrapped in plastic, struggling to move,or the plastic and garbage-filled stomachs of dead birds.

Enormous Sculpture Crawls Out of the Ground in Budapest!

Princess of Polka Dots Yayoi Kusama

Since 1977  Yayoi Kusama has lived voluntarily in a psychiatric institution, and much of her work has been marked with obsessiveness and a desire to escape from psychological trauma.
