Returns Policy

Because you are buying the Goods by mail order, you may have a right of cancellation. If you do, (and only if you do), these are the terms which apply:

You must tell us you wish to cancel 7 days of receipt of the artwork

The artwork must be returned to the artist within 7 days of delivery.  
Please be aware that commissions cannot be returned.

On safe receipt of the returned artwork, we will refund you within 7 days.

The cost of returning the item will be the customers responsibility. When returning the item, you must ensure that it is not lost or damaged in transit. We are not able to accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us.  Therefore, we advise you to opt for a signed for delivery service.

Please note that it can take up to 7 days for the item to reach its destination, so make sure you allow enough time

We will not accept returns for items that have been damaged post delivery. If this is the case, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense

Delivery

Shipping of larger items is by courier, other items by Special Delivery and included in the price.  Please note that this is for UK addresses only.  We only use couriers that have proved reliable and are experienced in the handling of fragile items, if however you wish to arrange delivery by your own courier, then please be aware that it is at your own risk.  Once the item has been received by your courier it is considered as received and we will not be liable for loss/damage.  For this reason we strongly recommend that our couriers are used.

For overseas p&p please contact us.  Items are professionally wrapped for transit and include insurance.  Please include a mobile contact number as the courier requires this when booking.

Please allow up to 10 days for delivery (shorter delivery times may be available, please contact us).
